The Fábrica de Cucuruchos (Cone Factory) of Cuba, Baracoa, is a perfect example of authentic and delicious Cuban food that you cannot miss if you visit the factory where it is made as well as the street shops where it is sold.
The Baracoan cone consists of a sweet which is different from traditional cones. You can find them in ice-cream parlours, for instance, as these products are 100% natural. Coconut, cinnamon, guava, orange, papaya or soursop are some of the ingredients, but probably the most exotic ingredient for foreigners is butcher’s broom: native object that the Baracoan find very healthy.
