Playa Las Salinas (Las Salinas Beach) is located in Cayo Las Brujas, in the northern part of the province of Villa Clara, Cuba. This impressive tropical beach in the Cayos del Norte (Northern Keys) is next to the only hotel in the area, the Villa Las Brujas Hotel.

Before it was a beach, Playa Las Salinas and its surrounding’s main attraction was salt exploration. It is from this activity that the beach derives its name, Las Salinas or, in English, salt flats. Today, visitors come to Playa Las Salinas to enjoy its beautiful coral reefs. The reef, which originates in the nearby Bahamas Channel, is the second largest concentration of coral reefs in the world.

Playa Las Salinas’ fine white sand and warm, crystal-clear waters make it the ideal place to relax and dive.
